		<description>What does Kate Kelly have against state employees?  Why does she want to cripple their ability to get a good job after state employment?  One topic of focus for the media this session has been improving compensation for state workers.  Everybody acknowledges that they are sorely underpaid, when compared to their private sector peers.  So how does Kate Kelly solve the problem?  By making it well-nigh impossible to capitalize on those underpaid years by moving to a job that values your experience.  Typical Democrat solution to a problem that doesn&#039;t exist. Hey!  Let&#039;s distort the job markets by needlessly regulating them!  Nice work, Kate. Too bad nobody at the Mis-Statesman has half a brain to even come up with one of these questions.  It doesn&#039;t take a lot of thought, people.  Unless you&#039;re interested in shielding Dems from criticism...</description>
